South Florida based indie/alternative rock outfit, Toledo, released their sophomore single and music video, “Killing Time” released on October 23, 2020 through the management of Elizabeth Davidson of Amp It Up! Creative Consultants LLC.  In 2017, the band released its debut album Either Way which carved their creative, quirky flare through idiomatic melodies that explore themes of personal freedom in becoming your true self. The 4-piece, in their fresh new single Killing Time, aims to encapsulate the bittersweet conversation of missed opportunities in life. Drawing on a vast array of orchestral, Latin-American, and jazz elements, Toledo juxtaposes high energy indie and alternative rock with diverse instrumentation and experimentation. Plunging into their quirky flare, Toledo creates idiomatic melodies that explore themes of self-deprecation and the journey to personal freedom of becoming your true self. Through Amp it Up! Creative Consultants LLC, the band was able to form their indie-rock image through their online, live performance presence, and music video conception for a successful release. Through this specific release, the band was able to convey their unique personality to their audience and gain more authentic fans. Following the release of their sophomore single and music video “Killing Time”, Toledo released their double EP “Killing Time/Kitchen Sink” on October 30, 2020.
